Noodles ala Indonesia

The popularity of mie bakso, and kwetiau's has spread widely across Nusantara (Indonesia). There are other noodes that haven't gained nation-wide popularity, but it'd be a shame if you haven't tried, or at least known about, these local prides .

Celor means soaked in hot water, not boiled. Both the noodles and bean sprouts used this dish are only soaked in hot water. This way, the noodles don't get too soft. After being soaked, the two ingredients are placed in a bowl. Thick shrimp soup is poured on them
