Color Up Your Life !

Whether we realize it or not, colors affect our lives in so many ways . Certain colors can uplift our mood, change our perception about space (white-wall rooms seem to be more spacious), and can even influence the flow and amount of energy in our bodies. Moreover, colors can heal you! Read on to see how colors can improve our daily life.

ORANGE: When you feel a bit lazy, wear your orange t-shirt or dress. Orange shows new possibilities and raises optimism. It stimulates creative thinking and enthusiasm, and help generate new ideas. Thus, it's good to decorate your classroom with a bright orange picture. Orange is also effective in increasing your appetite. So, when you're on a diet, you'd better avoid this color.


RED : Feeling tired and getting the symptomps of cold? find something red and indulge yourself in it! Red brings warmth, energy and stimulation. So, it's good for booting your energy, and getting rid of fatigue, or colds. Red energizes heart, blood circulation, and the senses of hearing, smell, taste, vision, and touch. It's good for people who have low blood pressur. On the other hand, don't use the read when you're angry.




PURPLE : On the other hand, when you're on a diet, you're suggested to add violet to your daily life. That's because, besides reducing anger, violet also controls excesiive hunger. Violet also helps your skeletal system. It stimulates the spine, and purifies the blood. Some experts in color therapy say that violet will also increase your sense of spirituality.
